We have made many upgrades to our home.... 2007 we had the home painted... 2008 we put on a brand new roof... we removed the galvanized pipes under the house and replaced with copper... we had the floor insulated in 2009... the kitchen cabinets have been replaced and many other improvements. We have a 12' X 24' building in back yard that has a bathroom (with toilet, shower and sink)... a kitchenette (with sink, microwave and dorm fridge)... it has a seperate instant hot water tank and electric heater... and has a 220 outlet. We use the building as a guest cottage. Neighborhood Description Our neighborhood is on the west side of Vancouver and is an older established neighborhood with homes on large lots.
