Its one block from Downstate university and Kings County hospital. I love to work with Downstate University & King County students. I have worked with plenty of med students that are doing residency. I'm not going to lie, the restaurants are "meh" in this neighborhood. I'm the landlord / managing agent. No pets (sorry). No smoking. I'm not a broker. The bedroom can fit a queen size bed and is 11 feet by 8 feet. The entire apartment is about 425 square feet. Heat and cold/hot water is included in the rent.
