This property has hardwood floors, beautifully beige-green pastel painted walls, a vintage black and white tile kitchen, and large, open windows. The apartment complex is very small and is located right next to UMW campus and near downtown Fredericksburg. Very walkable to downtown, has a dog park within a few blocks away, as well as a gas station and coffee/donut shop, both walkable distance. The neighborhood mostly consists of families, is quiet and friendly, and the occupants of the building are respectful, quiet, and friendly as well. The property manager is also very friendly and understanding and they mostly leave you alone. I'm happy to provide more photos and details if you would like. Right now, due to COVID-19, I'm not offering an in person tour of the apt, but I am happy to set up a video chat tour over Facetime, zoom, google meet, or google duo. I am subletting from the end of February (though this is flexible depending on your availability) until the lease ends in May 31st and then you can sign your own lease with the company for a year or more. Water and trash are free. But you will pay for internet, gas, and energy to dominion energy. The gas tends to be around or under $20 a month and dominion energy bill depends on the season but has never been over $100 for me and can be as low as $25 per month.
