A naturests delight: The Enchanted Forest (city park) and the adjacent County park, comprise over one hundred acres of subtropical forests. Much of it 150 year old live oak. These parks are a block away and are party of a bird sanctuary. In Arch Creek, in the back of the building, and which flows out to the intercostal can be seen mantee. In the trees, along the creek hawks and native birds can be seen. In front off the building and across the street is Emerald Lake (I swim there almost daily), an old road quarry is brackish, though I find to be on the fresher side, has some large ocean fish, native duck and a pair of geese. This is a nice little tucked away area, not well known, but sought after by those that do. Centrally located, between Mia Int Nat Airport and Fort Laud Int Airport. Whole Foods, the largest Publix in Date County Aldis, banks, restaurants. Johnson and Wales Culinary University provides security because of its proximity (one block away) and dining. Two block long dead end street (minimal traffic). Large lake on one side of street and patio over looking river on the other. The building is a one story quadriplex. Easy access to South Beach, downtown Miami and Ft. Laud. Refrigerator makes ice. Dishwasher. Glass top, easy clean, electric stove. First, last, security and background check. Be gay friendly. First, last, security and background check. Required before moving in.
