Renter is also responsible for cutting the grass in the summer and snow removal of the driveway and sidewalk during the winter. No smoking is allowed and the renter is liable for any damages including pet damage. Cleaning up after your pets is required. Minimum lease is 6 months and maximum is negotiable. Renter is also required to maintain renter's insurance with $100,000 liability minimum without pets and $300,000 with pets. A move-in and move-out inspection will be performed and signed off by the renter. After the lease terms are met, the tenant will go on a month to month rate and will be prorated upon termination. Once on a month to month, the monthly rate is subject to change.
