My Wife and I lived in this home for 25 years. We raised our 3 children here. Home title is free and clear. Roof was put on 5 years ago, as was new sewer line and Central Heat and Air Unit. Water Heater was replaced 2 years ago. Home is slab floor. Needs updated. We purchased wood style ceramic tile to put down in the living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, and hallway but wound up purchasing our dream home before we could have it put down. It is in the carport and goes with the home. Needs updating with paint. Minor termite damage in bathrooms but those were taken care of years ago but repairs were not made. Hope is as is. Central heat unit is gas, as is water heater. Stove is electric. During the hottest part of the summer, our electric bill ran approx $150.00. It is on 2 city lots. Home has 2 car carport with 2 small storage area attached to carport.
