These are old pictures, the place looks much better, and is worth the visit to see it's true beauty and quality. Due to a house fire 85% of the house was replaced brand new in 2000, with 100% new cabinets and all fixtures and appliances. I have lived here for 25 years, it's on a dead end street with no traffic, and only 1 close neighbor. Everything is fenced in except the front of the house. This has 5 lots with all privacy fence in the front, and wire fence in the back. There are 2 sheds, 1 small and 1 regular. The 20hp riding mower comes with the house. The windows, furnace, a/c were all put in new in 2000 when the house was totally rebuilt. The cabinets and counter tops were all replaced new in 2000. The house roof was replaced in 2013. The garage has a natural gas heater and 220 electric with it's own fuse box, can reach up to 75 in the winter if desired. There are 2 patios and the upstairs is ready for a deck to be added on. There are 2 patio doors 1 upstairs with 1 opening , and 1 downstairs that both sides open for easy moving things in and out. The front has a privacy fence security gate that can be locked to prevent access to the entrance doors and yard. The driveway is blacktop and street parking is available.
