We are very close to the BART and there is a bus route to and from the BART right by our house. I require a "Zillow pre-approval Application" before I schedule an appt to view the house. I do not make same-day appts. We prefer no pets but will consider a pet if we approve and the pet is not aggressive. if we do consider a pet, we have a pet fee that we require depending on if the pet is a cat or a dog and the type of dog.
