The neighborhood is very safe with public amenities like City Library, Elementary school, City swimming pool, 3 dog parks, kids park and a sheriff's station amongst other things. The townhome is in a 3 mile vicinity to popular sites like Walmart, Sprouts, Fedex, UPS, walgreens, taco bell, mac donalds, AMC, Chipotle, etc. Many places are walking accessible while also having the city transport (bus) option if you don't have a car. The living space has a family room, washer/dryer in unit, a small fridge, 2 burner electric cooking stove, kitchen sink, a full stand-in bath and a bedroom (with a queen bed and mattress). The room has a separate entrance. There is sunlight throughout the day and the nearby park makes it a perfect location for outdoor book reading, walking your dog, playing with your kids in the kids park, having birthday parties in the park area, etc. There are 3 other bedrooms upstairs where I live with my wife and 4yr old. We are both working professionals. We are looking for a quiet tenant(s) with a clean background and good rental/ownership history. Rent - $2200/month (including utilities).
