A little about the house. New floors, roof, AC, paint, lighting and fans, etc. neighbors are fantastic! Street really is amazing! Just the other day I had socks in my mailbox for my 2 year old from my neighbor. Split home, master is great size with washer/dryer close by. Storage is crazy with cabinets in kitchen. Block home so my utilities are roughly 80 a month, trash/water $44 religiously. All my neighbors have dogs and were all friends. As long as yours are cool, I'm good with pets. I'm moving out this weekend if you want to come see! Tenant responsible for water, electric, trash. Owner responsible for monthly yard service.
