The first floor includes a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a full bathroom, a mudroom, a laundry room with washer and drier, and a play area that includes a bar and a pool table. The dining room opens to a spacious backyard with a patio. The second floor includes a master bedroom, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. We have been living in this house since January 2018, and we are looking for a couple or family of a maximum of 5 people that can rent our home for a period of 12 months, and that can respect and take good care of it. We are not interested in subletting or renting to a rental company. We are renting our home because we will be in Cambridge, UK, between July 2025 and July 2026 for a sabbatical year. 12-month rental period, starting in July 1st 2025 (negotiable) to June 30th 2026 (negotiable).
