This is very much a fix'ur upper. Outside looks great. Roof shingles have recently been replaced on upper area, lower area needs shingles but is not leaking. Complete upgrade on the interior and utilities will be needed. We have a system for a Lease 2 Purchase arrangement with a buyer that is qualified and interested. Will be an as is sale with the buyer doing the upgrade with some help possible.
