Separate storage unit 11. Cable internet wired / optional 12. Laundry in building (downstairs, fee but not bad) 13. Nonsmoking for over 20 years (understand it's on the top floor with no balconies - it's not reasonable to think about huffing and puffing up all those stairs to smoke) 14.
