The front door enters the spacious formal living room with sectional sofa sitting area with large screen tv. The room has exposed Dade County pine walls to highlight the historical part of the house. From the living room, you enter the large kitchen area with bar seating. Any chef will feel right at home here. The skylights provide ample light to fill the cathedral ceilings of this kitchen. There is a large dining table just off the kitchen which can easily seat 10. A sofa seating area adjoins the dining room for a second tv area. The sofa opens to a queen sleeper for extra guests. A full bath sits just to side of this room along with the washer and dryer. The light filled two story central staircase streams light in all directions. From here, guests will have quick access to the pool and deck area or out the back French doors to an outdoor room, complete with TV. The patio area has a dining table, 4 lounge chairs and a gas grill to enjoy the afternoons or evenings in Key West. Sleeping Accommodations... The primary bedroom suite sits on the ground floor of the house, directly off the pool. The room features a king size bed, ensuite bath with large, jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and something special for the man in the house. A double set of French doors open to a covered porch next to the pool and spa. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms. Two king suites on the west side of the staircase open to a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and double vanity. The two suites on the east side feature a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, perfect for family accommodations. One of these suites has the bath attached, the other will access it from the hall. Total bed configuration is 3 kings, 2 queens, 4 bunks and 1 sofa sleeper. Other information... The property has two off-street parking spaces off Villa Mill Alley in the front of the house. Check in time is 4PM This is a month vacation rental. Base rent is listed. All rentals will pay 12.5% sales tax, a booking fee, and cleaning fee on top of base rent.
