This home is steps from the Chesapeake Bay/Sassafras River and has a Bay view from the front and back porches. The home is equipped with a queen, two single beds and a day bed. The kitchen is equipped with most typical appliances (no dishwasher) and utensils. This rental is offered on a seasonal (May 15 through October 15) basis or monthly or weekly basis depending on availability. No pets please. With rental of this cottage, tenants enjoy access to the waterfront and fishing deck through the landlord owned neighboring property. The waterfront offers a kayak/canoe launching area and boat ramps are available in Betterton Beach marina.
