Mobil home needs work to be ready to move into. Will need some floor replacement and some ceiling work and cabinets replaced in kitchen. Had a new metal roof installed 5 years ago on it. I took up all of the carpet inside. I'm the owner and listing it as is. I have not started to clean out the home or land but I'm about to start & figured I would go ahead and list it to see if I get any serious offers. Land size is 5.13 acers. I'm not interested in having someone else sell the home for me so unless you're wanting to buy it please don't text or call me. Once I start cleaning the place up I'll start posting pictures.
