This is a very clean, cute, and quirky studio with a full kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower. Why quirky? Because the bathroom is between the main studio and the kitchen. You can also enter the studio by the kitchen by the deck. I understand the challenges in finding the right place to live and call home here in Mammoth. My Rental price is lower than the current market value, because it comes with the added responsibility to run the snowblower from this unit 6 to the front gate on snow mornings. I think that a male will find this easier but, if you are a very strong and willing lady, I am open to this. All of us residents we keep our icecles clear from your windows. You would need to keep a clear walk path to the outside faucet, to make sure that it drips all year long. This faucet has a heating tape plugged into this unit that must be plugged in and stay on for that purpose Tenant is responsible for electricity, propane & internet. Utilities to be set up in your name with Amerigas & Edison before you receive your keys on your scheduled move-in date It is partially furnished with a comfy green big sofa, a full size bed, a coffee table and I have a bookshelve in my storage that you could use. The kitchen has a Refrigerator, a gas cooking stove, and a water heater included. Plenty of natural light as it faces east and west in the studio room My place is one of the original motels built in the 1940's with has an original & delicate septic tank, which requires being very mindful about not sending any grease/hair down the pipes. I have plenty of advice on this, it is just getting used to it. We are located in Long Valley which is 11 miles South of Mammoth and 5 miles north of Crowley Lake town. This is a small complex with 6 studios in a row We have a parking lot for summer in winter we park across the street or if you prefer you can snowblow your car in the parking lot and that would be your assigned spot.
