This has been a great home. We have lived here for the past 18 years. But have moved to our forever home. We have always used the garage as our main entry to the house. It is a large garage that will hold most vehicles. And easy to access due to the garage door opener. The garage enters the house in an open dining area / Kitchen. The kitchen has large cabinets, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. From this area you can go to the basement or living room. The basement has LOTS of storage space, utility sink, and washer/dryer hook ups. The living room is large with hard wood floors. There are 2 bed rooms, the bathroom, and the stairs upstairs on the far side of the living room. There are several options on painting the pink room from the pictures. The bathroom has a new tube surround and new toilet. The upstairs bed room is large with shelfs built into the wall and closet space, and is carpeted. The home is located on a dead end street, near the walking/bike path, and close to several parks. Application Fee $30.00 per Adult
