You shouldn't' have to drive far if you're here for work as you are centrally located to all local hospitals and facilities. After a long day at work or play, relax watching a movie on one of three smart TVs, or if you'd rather, take a dip in the community pool to cool off. Enjoy a good night's sleep in one of three comfortable beds with luxury linens. Smoking is allowed, but only outside in the garage or back patio. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Monthly utility allotment included. 30-day minimum stay. Long term leases will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Background screening required. Minimum credit score of 640. No prior evictions.
