We are looking for a roommate to fill one room in our house! It's downtown, close to many places to eat/go out as well as San Jose State University. It is a 5 bedroom with a huge backyard for $4400 a month. Rent for one person is $880. We need someone to move in starting December. We are in the process of renegotiating the terms of our lease so feel free to ask us what we can be flexible on! (ex. if you are two people looking to move into a single room and splitting the rent) -Whole property is 6,384 sqft -House is 1,750 sqft -Two bathrooms. One has a shower and the other has a bathtub. -Utilities range from $90-115ish per person (PG&E, Water bill, and wifi) -We have laundry machines, but our dryer is finicky. We anticipate our landlord getting a new one in November. For now, we hang dry in the backyard if we need to. -Big kitchen with an industrial stove and two fridges -We have a driveway that fits two cars, so we switch out if anyone really needs to park there. Otherwise there's permit street parking during the day and street cleaning Tuesday nights. It's best if whoever is at the house during the daytime parks in the driveway, and whoever is around at night can use street parking. -We're 420 friendly, but we don't smoke inside the house. We have a big backyard for that! -We also have a shed that we renovated for producing music. with a projector, Chromecast, and backdrop for filming and watching TV.
