It is located at 131 North St., it is 2 blocks from both Franklin St and campus. utilities included we are asking $500 per room per month and can rent to groups or individuals. The house has a full kitchen, kitchenette, living room, dining room, parlor, front porch, back porch, 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, parking, and a nice backyard.
