Hardwood floors, french doors, mudroom, laundry room. Central A/C, heat-producing wrap-around fireplace downstairs plus fireplace in primary bedroom. Nest equipped for remote control. Jacuzzi tub, tub and shower upstairs with bedrooms, and half bath on main level. Remodeled kitchen with marble countertops, gas stove, water and ice fridge, and new dishwasher. Big windows with filtered views of Sopris and the 350 acre HOA with bike and horse paths, rivers and streams, golf course and tennis courts. Horses are $500 extra per month, fishing pass $500 extra per April-April year. I will pay HOA fees, Culligan water-softener, lawn care, water and trash/recycling. South facing, no plow needed. Utilities usually run less than $150 per month, average about $100. Cheerful and well-maintained so seeking good care-takers! I love pets, but this is my home and my investment, so I'll require pet references and deposit. And, your solemn oath to care for this house as if you owned it.
