Newly remodeled one bedroom apartment located in Downtown Odessa Missouri. All new appliances furnished (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave). One cat will be considered with a $250 non-refundable deposit plus an additional $30.00 per month rent. We have had problems in the past that the odor extended into the shared hallway. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. All utilities are paid by the tenant(s). The apartment is all electric so the utilities would include electric and water. Previous tenant's bills run between $200-$300 per month. This charge does include the trash service charge. All tenants must complete an application form and go thru a screening process. Tenant is responsible for paying the electric and water bills(Apartment is all electric and has no gas). The trash bill is included with the electric and water bill and is billed by City of Odessa, Missouri. Last month rent is due upon signing lease. After the initial one year lease agreement the lease becomes a month to month tenancy. Tenant is required to give Landlord a 30 day written notice.
