If they require repair or replacement during the tenancy, it will be the tenant's responsibility or the appliances may be removed. NO smoking of any kind in casita or on property. Tenant secures own internet service. We have goats, chickens, and bunnies outdoors on property. Six month term possible: then month to month after that. Landlord pays all utilities with the main house. Tenant will have one security gate code and one designated parking spot. This is a private residence with a casita out back on our city farm.
