This basement apartment is in a private house on a quiet tree-lined street. The house is a few blocks from the Arthur Kill train station and there are some nice restaurants close by. It has it's own entrance with a dusk to dawn light outside and a motion light as you approach the house. It has good closets, lots of windows, air conditioning, and a full eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and hanging pan rack! All of the windows are Andersen, which means no noise and great insulation. I just had some renovations done and the entire apartment is freshly painted. I'm looking for a quiet tenant with decent credit history, a good reference/rental history, and a stable job with a salary of at least $55K. If one of the criteria is a little short, I will accept a well-qualified co-signer.
