I have a town home in Costa mesa and have rented out the upstairs rooms for years. The bathroom is shared and always kept clean. We provide everything needed to live comfortably. The beds are nice and not cheap. There is a washer and dryer in the home. We provide the laundry soap and softener for your clothes. Each room has its own frig and a TV mounted to the wall . There are 2 pools and a jacuzzi also. The Town homes have a security patrol, and this is a very safe and nice place to live. There is WIFI and you also receive Netflix also. 2 rooms that are very large size for 1250 each , Or smaller middle room for 1100. These are upstairs rooms. Please ask questions. NO PETS ALLOWED no smoking at the home, this is no party home and is a very nice respectful place to live. Good clean living with respectable people and there is zero drama or problems at our place
