There is no use of rear yard, work needs to be done for raising, plenty of room in the front for enjoyment. Easy on and off the island . Tenant must be out by April 30 or pay weekly rates for May. Tenant pays utilities,gas, electric baseboard heat, cable and internet. There is a hook up for washer & dryer , appliance not provided.
