Recently built apartment complex with lots of amentities available to the renters. There are weekly activities or events that are hosted by the community. All of the appliances are new this year. These include a whirlpool fridge, nest thermostat, and whirlpool oven. The balcony over looks the pool, grills and hot tub. The pool has a few water features which add a nice sound while sitting out on the balcony. Mail room is in your building and all amazon packages are delivered to the concierge here as well. I am not available for tours. Unit is shown as is in the pictures (minus furniture). Unit typically is $1600+ a month for this unit. AT&T is the primary network provider. Average energy usage is approximately $60 a month if you like the temperature cooler inside. The thermostat is the newer nest which does have many features to help keep your cost low. Water is additional and is around $20 a month. Rental ends 03/23/2020, can renew lease with Commonwealth if you choose to.
