It's like being in the Smokies without having to drive there. It has a long horrible crush and run driveway that is very steep and can only be accessed by a 4x4 or AWD car or truck. This driveway is not for the feint of heart. It is often deeply rutted and prone to washouts after heavy rains. If you creep up there nice and slow, you will always get where you are going. Tenant MUST have a 4x4 or AWD car with a little clearance. Home is super nice with a nice open floor-plan, huge deck that sits about 16' up in the trees, and is extremely private. other than a meter-reader once a month, no one will come up there. There is also a screened in porch that is really awesome during a rain storm or to keep away from the bugs in the summertime. This house will eventually become a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home but for now it has just one bedroom with its own tub and shower and two closets. I have to find just the right renter or I won't even bother. Tenant be proficient with a weed eater and must keep driveway and turnaround weeds and grass down in summer and blow leaves in Fall. This driveway is maybe 900' long so you may get stuck up there when it snows a couple times a year here in Knoxville. Owner must pay for all utilities (electric, water, sewer), and trash pickup
