Older house in need of a few repairs but the home is solid and well built with a brand new copper color metal roof. It is very livable in its current condition as me and my children currently reside here just needs either someone with a few dollars to put into it or someone who is knowledgeable on home repair that wants to put a little time into having a very nice home well below market value...
