this home has had no update in over 20 years including painting, a/c - and you now have just cost me over $100000 in your Zestimate - on my home loan modification please start using accurate information not just sales and $0 dollar transfer with sq. ft. in guestimate - this should be banned - of course I do not expect to see this posted - not even sure any one read this !
