Change of plans, we purchased this lot as we became aware that lots in this area where few and far in between. We have spent our life in the building business and thought we would like to build one more time. After much deliberation we have decide to stay where we are. We have studied this lot and it has many building sites. Water is available from a water association with no connection fee and very reasonable rates. This is a private, cozy lot with mature trees and great views with plenty of elbow room and great neighbors. This is not a drive by lot, I drove by it many times and did not get a idea of how nice it was until I actually took the time to walk it.
