I am currently a senior at UNC but I am transferring into Elon for the spring to play soccer. I need a tenant to move into my room in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is called Alta Springs and is a very nice place near Meadowmont. The room is the master bedroom complete with a bathroom and walk in closet. Rent is $470 plus utilities, which are usually around $100 a month. The place is clean and well taken care of. There are two other tenants who are in the business school and are on sports teams at Carolina. They are reliable and good complex is filled with older students and tenants that make living comfortable and quiet. The lease runs till July but please contact me anyways if you cannot stay until then, and we may be able to work something out. Thanks!
