I am looking to rent out my house's 1,000 sq.ft. ground floor. There is a living room and three additional rooms that you can use for bedrooms, a study/office, or whatever. There is a full bath and a full kitchen downstairs, which would both be yours. I live upstairs, and we would share the laundry room, which is downstairs and fully equipped. There are separate entrances, and separate HVAC units, for the 1st and 2nd floors. The rent is $1425.00/mo., and utilities, satellite TV and high-speed internet are all included. Every room is internet hard-wired, and I also have WiFi service. The space will be available September 28.
