The studio is newly renovated and has a modern feel with a spacious main room, wall mounted TV and a murphy bed with a brand new, thick, comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, and microwave and there is a dining area with a fold out table. A large closet contains plenty of space for your personal items. The studio is in a small building. There is a laundry room and a place to lock up your bike. Right outside the front door is a little sitting area with a table and 2 chairs. The unit has a large window that lets in lots of sunlight. There is air conditioning. We provide a parking pass for street parking. The unit is being shown be appointment only. Please contact Colette to set up a tour. Please only serious renters that need a one year lease. All utilities are paid by the owner, including wifi.
