ISO: female Subleaser, my current roommate is also female. I will be graduating in May and I need a subleaser for my apartment. It's in West Ames, right across the street from the 2 Green bus stop so it's very easy to get to campus. It's two bedrooms but my current roommate will be staying until the lease is up at the end of July. Rent is $317.50 and utilities are separate. The apartment is also pet friendly, has parking spaces and free laundry. Also it is not a fully furnished apartment, but there is a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and couch here already. I would even like to sell my twin bed, if interested. If you have any questions or would like to come and see it please let me know. We would have to speak with the landlord about a deposit if you are looking to sublease from me.
