We should be ready to move December 1st. Main living and upstairs are approx. 2200sf. Downstairs apartment is 600sf. for a total of 2800sf. This house is great. We absolutely love everything about it but we’re buying land and building so we need to sell. The house has been recently renovated floor to ceiling including HVAC. All new appliances throughout. The basement has been turned into a 1-br apartment with full bathroom, kitchenette, living room and bedroom with closet. The main floor has the master bedroom with full bath, a 1/2 bath, living room, kitchen/dining room, and access to the deck. The upper floor has an attic room that could be a bedroom if completed, a full bath, and 4 more bedrooms including a 2nd master with another full bath! Heat and air are electric. July, August electric bills were around $170 each. Garage is climate controlled. The main floor has a brand-new wood stove insert and stainless steel flu that works perfectly. Kitchen has quartz counter tops and a "farmhouse" style decor with gray painted cabinets and a barn-door pantry. House has water-proof flooring in apartment and main floor with carpet in bedrooms upstairs. The deck was stained in August and I built a roof over the deck in September. The back view faces west to the mountains and is beautiful. Even the exterior paint, garage doors, all other doors, and shutters are new. I built a T-post and wire fence around entire back yard for the dog with home-built wood gate on 1 side and a 6' cattle-style gate on the other. Refrigerator and washer/dryer stay with property along with all mirrors & shelves that would leave a hole if removed.
