You can clearly see the UPenn lights on their new building, 2 minute walk to enter Graduate Hospital, UPenn and a new supermarket. 2 Septa buses goes down the street or at the corner. Quiet neighborhood with a park/playground around the corner Dedicated property manager who provides supplies and fixes minor issues. I have a great relationship with a builder who fixes major issues. Utilities included Background check, criminal background check, rental history, work history and ability to pay rent. No pets, no indoor smoking/vaping, street parking is plentiful Lease is yearly and then month to month, house has to be cleaned after each time in kitchen/bathroom to respect the 2 ladies who stay here. No eating in rooms to make sure no critters are attracted
