Atherton Place offers 12 newly constructed two bedroom and two bathroom apartments with large closets, electric heat, and off street parking. All apartments feature modern appliances, including a washer and dryer in each unit. The flooring in the kitchen and living space is vinyl wood plank and the bedrooms have carpet.
