Brand new bright fully furnished cute house in nice neighborhood. It's about a 10 minute drive to downtown SLO. It would be a perfect place for a couple or one person. There is no smoking allowed and no pets. It has a washer and dryer. I would like to rent it for at least 3 months, but would be open to discussing shorter or longer.
