Nice family home. The property has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We are renting out a furnished room upstairs ($625) and a more private bedroom downstairs ($625) with all utilities included. Each floor has its own bathroom, which is semi-private. The master bedroom is occupied by an older couple and they have their own bathroom. The garage is off limits (Owners are using it for storage). Therefore, street parking works best or you may park in the driveway. No pets, no smoking, no overnight guests, plenty of street parking.
