I take pride in my properties and am looking for someone that shares that outlook. While a lot of landlords will pass tax and/or insurance raises on to their tenants, I don't like doing that on good, quality tenants. I'm ideally looking for someone that plans to stay long-term. My three main requirements when someone moves into one of my properties are: 1. Always pay your rent on time. 2. Treat the house like it is your own. 3. Be respectful of neighbors, especially in terms of noise. Hardwood floors everywhere except the bathroom. I just took out the carpet so you will have nice, refinished hardwood floors in the bedrooms! Income must be at least $2800/month. No prior evictions or monetary judgments, No section 8. No pets. No smoking. Flat driveway for ease of driving in winter conditions. Backyard is fenced and there is a privacy fence surrounding the patio area. A tranquil area for a meal or relaxation/conversation in nice weather. Garage door opener with remote and keypad outside Brand new cooktop & hood has been installed in kitchen. Also, I am having two custom cabinet pieces being built for more storage in kitchen. No Smoking. Must be able to get utilities in your name. Tenant is responsible for trash & lawn. Income at least $2900. No section 8. No evictions. No monetary judgments.
