Small backyard for your pup, no cats please, washer and dryer in the house. There is a small 2 car garage and off street parking. NO SMOKING ALLOWED, no parties or cats. Please no candles! I would be open to a shorter rental, we could discuss. Renter will be responsible for utilities (gas, electricity and water). Renter is responsible for cleaning up after your pet regularly
