Pets - We have a pet fee per pet per stay. Please pick-up after your dog. A $250 fee will be charged if pets are not picked up after. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets. Pets must be house-trained and crated while unsupervised. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Smoking of any kind in the house will result in a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the full security deposit and standard cleaning fee.
Please empty the refrigerator and dispose of any leftover food before checkout. Any food left behind that causes odors, pests, or requires additional cleaning may result in an extra charge.
Lost Key Policy:
Guests are responsible for all keys provided during their stay. If a key is lost, a $75 replacement fee will be charged to cover rekeying and security costs.
30-Day Notice to Vacate Policy
To ensure a smooth transition for both guests and management, we kindly require a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to your intended move-out date.
The 30-day notice period begins on the date the notice is received.
Rent and all applicable fees remain due during the notice period, regardless of early departure.
Notices must be submitted in writing via the agreed communication channel.
Failure to provide the required 30-day notice may result in additional charges equivalent to the notice period.
Utilities - Utilities are included and monitored at normal residential usage levels.
If utility usage exceeds 1.5x the typical monthly average, the excess may be billed to the guest
$55 credit/ background check per tenant required.
