Very comfortable spacious living room area. all open, Had kitchen remodeled, in 2006 put in Birch (natural finish) cabinets, with very large pantry, with pull out drawers. All Drawers in cabinets have "blue motion" drawers, Has an Island with "blue motion" drawers also. All counters have granite, including backsplashes, have matching granite on them The Island has matching granite on it also.This whole neighborhood has wonderful, helpful neighbors that have been here a long time. The house was stuccoed around the same time it was remodeled. Almost all windows were re-done also with "impact" windows. New 40 year "architectural" design roof put on the same time the windows were done also, and up to hurricane standards. Trane 1400 seer 1 1/2 ton air conditioner installed 2015. We installed a tankless water heater and it's paid for, in 2015 also. We have a beautiful stone, wood burning fireplace in the living room also, which I dearly love!!! We are getting older and need to move near our children, for their peace of mind, or we would finish the rest of our lives right here.Also, in the kitchen, we installed a stainless steel GE Profile dual fuel and convection amazing GE stove, and a stainless steel microwave GE Profile with a convection oven also. the dishwasher is a Kenmore Elite and can't be beaten.
