There are 2 houses on this property. You are renting BOTH PROPERTIES, A and B (front and rear). Front house is a 2 story, 3 bdr with first floor master, 1 1/2 baths, unfinished basement. Central air, hardwood floors, ceiling fans. Washer/dryer hookup is in the basement. Rear house is VERY SMALL, only 1-2 people MAX. 1 bdr, 1 bath, small kitchen and living room on a crawl space. Baseboard heat and window air conditioner. Newly renovated. There is no washer/dryer hookup in this house. We do NOT supply appliances but the previous renters left behind their working refrigerators and stoves. Once these appliances quit working it is your responsibility to replace them with your own. YOU WILL BE RENTING BOTH HOUSES- Please make sure to read all the lease terms and the description to avoid asking me questions that are already answered. Thank you ** WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECTION 8** Tenant pays all utilities (water, electric, trash). Utilities are separate for front house and rear house. Middletown charges a $200 deposit to have the water turned on, also tenant responsibility. Tenant responsible for taking care of the yard (minimal amount of grass to mow). No more than 2 SMALL dogs. No cats, no large dogs, no vicious dogs-non negotiable. Only the people on the lease are permitted to live in the premises - no moving the whole family in after the fact. No subleasing space to any other individuals - no exceptions.
