Cool neighbors within walking distance of some of Durham's classic locales - including 9th street, the Green Room, and Cup of Joe's. A handy half mile to Whole Foods and Harris Teeter, and even closer to mom and pop pizza and bar-b-que places. Most pets accepted, including large dogs and multiple dogs. There is no dishwasher, and no off-street parking, but plenty of street parking. Really must be seen to believe. Black and white checked kitchen tiles, dining room with built in shelves, fireplace in the corner of living room, breakfast nook with arched entry, large pantry. Side porch and side deck that opens into fenced yard. Better pictures coming as we clean. Owner moving out of state and wants to rent instead of sell. Needs independent tenant who understands the rarity of such a place in this type of neighborhood. Tenant will need first month's rent and one month security deposit at signing. Good rental history required; personal resilience a bonus. A local manager will be assisting in Durham, but looking for someone who can unclog her own toilet.
