Hi, RENT IS PAID THROUGH THE MONTH OF JANUARY! My wife and I are looking to move out of our 1 bedroom apartment in downtown Omaha. We are in the 9ines apartment building complex, right across the street from the College World Series, CenturyLink Arena, less than 4 blocks from Creighton University and about a half mile from the Old Market. Our unit is on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building. We have commercial real estate below us, and an apartment above, with two shared walls. We have a balcony that overlooks Cuming Street, and we are right on the corner of the complex. Parking is right behind the complex, for no cost. We've never had trouble finding parking. Rent is $850 a month - it's not negotiable because the lease is signed through the apartment complex. Water, sewer, and trash is also included, which normally costs around $25 a month. Electricity is paid by you, and it's normally between $40-80, depending on how much you use it. The sublease has to be approved by management and must be for the remaining of the lease agreement, which is through the middle of June 2018.
