The Space The apartment is managed by Meridian Group and sits on the second floor, just 4 blocks from downtown Santa Barbara and 4 blocks from the Santa Barbara Bowl. Alice Keck Park, Santa Barbara High School, and a corner store are all right nearby you really can't beat the location. The common areas are already furnished couch, La-Z-Boy, TV, kitchen supplies, and more so you can settle in easily. Your bedroom is 11.5' x 10.5' with a 6'-wide closet, plenty of room for a queen bed, desk, and dresser. Just bring your own bedroom furniture and you're set. Water and trash are included in rent. We split electric, gas, and internet. Security deposit is $1,150, due upon signing before move-in. About Me I'm a young woman who works from home during the day and likes to get out and socialize in the evenings. Weekends you'll mostly have the place to yourself since I'm usually out and about.
