The "Cottage on 21st Street" is located in the heart of Galveston, Texas where you can easily take in the island's many attractions and events. The Cottage is completely furnished with living room, dining, kitchen (including dishes, pots/pans, refrigerator, dishwasher, range, large pantry) and 1/2 bath down. Two bedrooms each with Queen beds, extra large closets and full bathroom (including towels and linens) is upstairs. There is a very small fenced in back yard. Pets are welcome. Downstairs floor is tile, upstairs bedrooms are carpeted. Wifi, Netflix and Prime are included along with antenna TV. Parking is available in the garage, the driveway or in front of the Cottage. The washer and dryer is in the garage. The Seawall (beach) is only six short walking blocks from the Cottage, and the Strand (shopping) is about 11 blocks away. The Bryan Museum is directly across the street and hosts many fun and informative events. The Cottage is available starting March 1, 2022 through August 31, 2022. Rent is $2,300 per month, payable on the first of the month. The security deposit is $500 with an $85 move-out cleaning fee, both payable in advance along with first month's rent. Rental can be made for fewer months or more months if agreeable to owner. This is half of a duplex. This is NOT suitable for infants or children under 4. No smoking inside. All utilities are paid (A/C, heat, water, trash pick up included). Renter is responsible for their own personal items due to hurricane or flooding or any other acts of God. This lease will be terminated immediately if there is any vandalism by renter, loud music, annoying or disrupting activities of any sort by renter or his friends/acquaintances and renter agrees to pay for any damages to the Cottage inside or out that is incurred. Renter to give 10 day notice upon leaving. The Cottage is located in a wonderful neighborhood that is quiet, well mannered and respectful.
